High Quality Weaver Rifle Scopes
Hunting is a sport that requires special tools that are high quality and only the best. Some hunters require the use of rifle scopes to help improve their aim. There are dozens of different types to choose from - but none is more popular or has some of the best quality scopes then Weaver rifle scopes.
Weaver rifle scopes were created around the 1930’s. Over time they were able to create a reputation for themselves due to their products used in hunting and general shooting. The 330 and 430 are the most popular Weaver scope. Both of which are able to deliver high quality and good value.
Like dozens of other rifle scope companies they went bankrupt several times over the years. During the 1990’s the company was bought out by Meade who also acquired Simmons and Redfield.
Not long after they were bought out the company created the Grand Slam scopes line-up. This once again boosted the quality of the Weaver scopes and was able to keep their reputation up. This specific line includes the 1.5-5x32mm and the 3-10x40mm as well as the 3.5-10x50mm and the 4.5-14x40mm scope.
These rifle scopes are built with tubes made from quality aluminum that is also found on special airplanes. These scopes are 1” in diameter and the lenses they use have been made from high quality camera glass. The glare if reduced through the use of multi coatings.
